Lock and Unlock a Contract

You can lock down a Contract so that no more changes can be made.

To Lock Down a Contract

1. Click respond on the Contract you want to lock down.

2. Change the status to the Closed Status type. Depending on your project this may be called Executed or something else.

To Unlock a Contract

Adding and Editing line items within a contract is only possible whilst the contract is in the open status. This include formatting such as indenting.

1. Select the Contract you want to unlock.

2. Respond to the Contract.

3. Select Open.
