Update 03-Jul-19

In this update we have added the following features.

Increased the amount of user field text shown for a Text user field in a form's detailed history from 40 to 1000

Implemented showing superseded on DTX and TX when a revision has been superseded

Implemented configuration option to set the due date and also exclude weekends

Changed the Label on the Folder and Filename to be more descriptive

Added company / project logo to Transmittal's and Distribution Transmittal's
