Column Filtering for Form Registers and Saved Searches

Filtering can be done on most columns in a form register or saved search using the column headers.

RIB CX provides the ability to Filter form registers as well as saved searches using column headers.

Column Filters for Standard Fields

Can search for users using the Contains operator. Can search for only 1 user at a time.

You can filter text-based fields with multiple keywords using column filters from this release.


Column Filters for Contact Fields on Registers

Contact fields are now filterable on a Register or a Saved Search.

Column Filters for Number, Currency, and Date Fields 

The below operators can also be used to filter Number and Currency fields:

Column Filter for Status

Click on the filter icon in the Status / Late column.

Then select the Status you wish to filter by and click on Filter. You can filter by 1 or more statuses

Once the filter is applied the column header will indicate a filter has been applied

Please note that these Filters are not saved and only applied as quick filters for existing data. If you need the filters saved, please create a saved search.  Click here for how to.

Column Filters for Select, Checkbox, Radio User Fields

Click on the filter tool at the top left-hand side of the column header and choose the options to filter by.

Column Filters for Searches with Multiple Form Types

If a search or saved search has multiple form types, the filter will display all form type options. eg status column will display the statuses from both form types.

Column Filtering on Calculation User Fields

If you've added a calculation user field to your saved search or default register view you are able to filter on that column.

Available options are:

  • Equal to
  • Not equal to
  • Greater than or equal to
  • Greater than
  • Less than or Equal to
  • Less than

Removing Column Filters

You can remove filters by clicking into a column filter icon and and clicking on

  • Clear - to clear just the filter for that column
  • Clear All - to clear filters from all columns
