Column Filtering for Form Registers and Saved Searches
Filtering can be done on most columns and are available in Form Registers, Saved Searches, Publication Space grids, and results.
RIB CX provides the ability to Filter form registers as well as saved searches using column headers.
Column Filters for Standard Fields and Custom User Fields

Status | Checkbox | Click on the filter icon in the Status column. Multiple can be selected Then select the Status you wish to filter by and click on Filter. You can filter by 1 or more statuses |
CurrencyNumberCalculation | Number | The below operators can also be used to filter Number, Currency and Calculation user fields. |
CascadingCheckboxRadio ButtonSelect | Checkbox | Equal to is the only operator available. Multiple selections can be made. Is Blank added to column filters for Select, Radio, Checkbox. Use Is Blank and Does Not Contain together on different columns. Is Blank searching is not supported on Cascading fields. |
Multiple Form Types |
| When more than one form is selected then the Status filter will display statuses that relate to all form types selected and then display the unique statuses available for each form type. |
Text | Text | Is Blank and Does Not Contain and Contains is available for Text fields Global Search also updated to include these options for Text fields. Case-insensitive partial match for Does Not Contain. Use Is Blank and Does Not Contain together on different columns. |
Please note that these Filters are not saved and only applied as quick filters for existing data. If you need the filters saved, please create a saved search. Click here for how to.
Fields in list on forms currently do not support Is Blank or Does not Contain.
Once the filter is applied the filter icon in the column header will colour blue.
Removing Column Filters
You can remove filters by clicking into a column filter icon and and clicking on
Clear - to clear just the filter for that column
Clear All - to clear filters from all columns
