Working Offline

No Internet - No Problems

One of the best things about using RIB CX Mobile App is that you can use it without an internet connection.

What Happens When There is No Internet

Upon opening the app you will get a message to tell you there is no internet connection.

Just click Work Offline to continue using the app as normal without a connection.

If you are using the app and you lose connection, you will be notified that you are Working Offline.

What Can I Do While Offline?

You will be able to do everything that you can when you are online.  

You can:

• Create documents.
• Update existing documents.
• Work with your favourites.

Once your connection is restored, RIB CX Mobile will immediately detect this, inform you and all the changes you have made will be uploaded to RIB CX.

Bulk Download Folders for Offline Access 

To do this navigate to the Publication Space.

Select the document or folder you wish to download and click on the Download button
