Responding to Survey Requests Through the Browser

If you are the action person on a Survey Request and need to respond to update fields or add comments, simply follow the steps below:

1. Access the Quality Dashboard and click on the For My Action Widget. 

 2. When the list of action items displays, click on the relevant Survey Request.   

If configured, you will receive a notification in your to do list.  You can access the Survey Request from there by clicking on the reference number.

 3. The Survey Request will display in the right hand side of the screen. Click Respond on the bottom of the form.

 4. When the response window opens, add comments, make changes to fields if/as required or add attachments.

5. Change the addressing by dragging and dropping the relevant name to the Action field or actioning a new user. Change the status if required/configured to do so.

6. Once changes are complete, click Submit.
