How Do I Update My Account Details?

In RIB CX you are able to change your Account Details at any time. 

Accessing Your Account Details

  1. Click on the Project Tools button at the top right of the RIB CX blue menu bar.

  1. This will bring up the project tools options.  Click on the ‘Contact Details’ underneath your name. 

  2. Edit the required Account details and click Save.

Adding Another or Updating Your Email Address

Use caution when changing the email field as this is a global field and will update the user record in every RIB CX project.

If you are on more than one RIB CX project and want to use different email addresses on each project, you can add additional email addresses to contact details.

Then select the email you wish to use on a particular project. You will need to activate each email address.

Remove Additional Email Addresses from Your Account

To remove any invalid email addresses from your account click on the red x button.
