How Do I Change My Password?

In RIB CX, your account email and password are global. This means that you can change your password at any time, in any of the projects that you have access to and this change will affect all projects you have access to.  

1. Click on the Project Tools cog button at the top right of the RIB CX blue menu bar.

2. This will bring up the Project Tools option. Click on the ‘Contact Details’ across the top of the Project Tools box.

3. In your Contact Details page scroll down to the edit info section until you see the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm’ fields as shown below. You will need to enter your new password into both fields and click Save to apply the changes.
