In this update to the August release, the following features have been added.
Copying default column configuration
Default columns configured for a form type will now be copied across in these scenarios
- Creating a new project from a template
- Using the form push utility
- Using the form import utility
Column filtering on Calculation User fields
If you've added a calculation user field to your saved search or default register view you will now be able to filter on that column.
Available options are
- Equal to
- Not equal to
- Greater than or equal to
- Greater than
- Less than or Equal to
- Less than
Due Date for Drafts
When a form has been saved as a draft and is edited after the due has passed, iTWO cx will now automatically update the due date based on the form's default due date configuration
Example
- Create a form on and save it as a draft 1st of August, Due date will be set to 8th of August (the Default due date is 7 days in configuration)
- Edit the Draft on the 10th of August (i.e after the due date has passed) , the system will automatically update the due date to 17th of August (10+7 days)
- This also works the same way if you were to click the issue button on the 10th as the form will automatically update the due date to the 17th.
Saved search inline edit logs
To ensure the auditability of your forms are accurate, each inline edit made via a saved search will now be logged as a separate update record on the form.
Prior to this change, all logs were grouped under the last update made by a particular user on that form and this was not an accurate reflection of the changes to the form that have occurred over a period of time.
