Push Quick Text

In order to use this utility - you need to be a project admin and have access to at least one quick text

Which quick text can the user see in the utility?	Quick text the user has edit rights to.
Quick text is applicable to a form type in one project but that does not exist in target project.	Skipped/Ignored. Will not be pushed across.
Applicable user does not exist in other project.	Set applicability to Doctype Admin.
One of the applicable users does not exist in the destination project.	Copy the available ones only.
Editable user does not exist on the destination.	Set Editable to Doctype Admin.
One of the editable users does not exist on the destination.	Copy the available ones only.
New quick text on source pushed to the destination.	Add to destination.
Quick text Active on the source, Deleted on destination.	Reactivate.
Quick text Exists on the source, exists on the destination	Override settings.

1. Go to Configure > Utilities.

2. Click Push Quick Text.

3. Select from the drop down the users to be pushed to another project/s.

4. Select from the drop down the project/s you want to push the users to.

Only the projects that you have access to will appear in the drop down list.

5. Click process when you are ready.
