Import a Budget

Steps to Importing a Budget

1. To import a Budget click on the Project Toolbar cog.

2. Click on Utilities.

3. Click on Import a Budget.

4. Click on Download Template.

5. Fill in the template with indented lines if needed.

6. When ready to import, select the Budget type.

7. Provide a budget title.

8. Select file or drag and drop budget spreadsheet.

9. Click Next.

10. Import summary will appear, Click Finish.

Importing a Budget Variation

Import Budget Variation tool has a wizard user interface which will take the user through the process step-by-step. This makes it easy to use for a first time user and helps with the progress

1.To import a Budget Variation, click Import Budget Variations from Utilities

a) Select a the status if workflow is not locked

b)

Disable Status Selection: When importing forms, if a CA form type has action buttons configured against the draft status, the status selection will be disabled to prevent conflicts.

3. Download Excel Template

4. Select the author contact of budget variation

5. Select the budget that this variation will affect 

6. Fill in the Excel Template and upload itÂ
