Search by Transmittal Number
To search by TX number in the Publication Space:
1. Start typing Transmittal.
2. Select the Transmittal criteria.
3. Enter the TX reference number.
4. Click search.
The results will be displayed in the Publication space as follows.
Adding the Transmittal# Column to the Publication Space
Click on the columns button and select the Transmittal number options.
Adding Workflow Transmittal Column to Publication Space Search
This filter will show you the the latest Workflow Transmittal number for a document in the search
This will give you a clickable link that will take you directly to that Workflow Transmittal.
