You can add metadata or user fields to Design Issues to capture relevant project data.

How to Add Custom Metadata User Fields to Design Issues

1. To do this go to Publication Space > Settings.

2. Click on the Design Issues tab.

3. And add the user fields as required.

Required Fields When Creating Design Issues

If you add a new metadata field for a Design Issues and set it as required, the user creating the design issue will be required to fill it out.

When you add a call out mark up during a review, a popup screen will be shown requesting you to fill out the required field.
