You can add metadata or user fields to Design Issues to capture relevant project data.
How to add metadata fields to Design Issues
- To do this go to Publication Space > Settings
- Click on the Design Issues tab
- And add the user fields as required
Required fields when creating Design Issues
If you add a new metadata field for a Design Issues and set it as required, the user creating the design issue will be required to fill it out.
When you add a call out markup during a review, a popup screen will be shown requesting you to fill out the required field
