Add a Custom Field to a Transmittal

1. To add custom user fields to your transmittal Publication Space > Settings.

2. Click on the Transmittals tab.

3. Click on the Add Custom Field button.

4. Choose the type of custom field you require.

5. Follow the steps located in User Field Customisation

6. If the user field is required (mandatory) place a tick in the check box in the Required column.

7. Please note that by default we ONLY display the REQUIRED, user fields.

8. To view and fill out the other custom fields click on Show More.
