RIB CX provides a default suite of forms as part of the correspondence module. For example, GEN - General Correspondence, RFI - Request for Information and SI - Site Instructions, however, form types can be customised to suit your projects needs.

RIB CX forms are automatically numbered and filed in the Correspondence module by type.

RIB CX forms are not distributed in the conventional sense because they never leave the RIB CX database. People are invited into the conversation via addressing either ‘Action’ or ‘Info’ and are notified on issue or reply to the form.

Auditability

When you click on Changes at the bottom of any created form this is what the letters in brackets mean:

  • t means getting notification in the ToDo list

  • e means getting notification in the Email

  • s = SMS
  • F = Fax
  • E = Notification Sent as a Preview Email

  • H = By Hand
  • () this means that the user wasn’t notified

More information on notifications when addressing correspondence is located here
