From June 2019, you can create packages with Price Submissions, Schedule of Rates and a Scope of Works Create packages with:
- Price Submissions
- Schedule of Rates
- Scope of Works
that must be filled in by the bidders, giving you more control over the bidder process and how bids are recievedreceived.
Enable the Option
1. From Tender Settings go to Package Config tab.

This settings works together with the Package Approval process and the Budget Link User Field.
It is a validation mechanism that requires you to create a Price Submission item list that matches the approved budget amount.
