When you change this to Document Number [ Revision ] Title.extension, it will download the document with the filename of doc#[rev]title.

You can also customise the file name of the documents downloaded from publication space with :
- Custom Text Field. extension - When you change to this, the downloaded document will be named your custom text field.extension
- Custom Text Field [ Revision ]. extension - What you change to this, the downloaded document will be named Custom Text Field [ Revision ]. extension
Once either of these options are selected, you must pick from a list of text fields in the publication drop menu in the file name.
