iTWOcx provides you with iTWO cx provides the ability to change the value of your a variation even after a Claim has been made against it.
To allow for changes to the variation amount you must change the configuration of the Variation document type.
How to configure a Variation so it's value can be changed after a claim:
1. Go to Configure.
2. Document types.
3. Select the Variation document type you wish to update.
4. On the right-hand screen scroll to this the section just above Default Values.
5. Tick the the "Can edit the value of Variations after a Claim"
