By default when a document is downloaded, iTWOcx iTWO cx downloads the filename it was originally uploaded as.
You can change this by going to Publication Space > Settings > Numbering.
When you change this to Document Number Number [ Revision Revision ] Title.extension, it will download the document with a the filename of doc#[rev]title.
