1. Go to the attachment tab.

2. Click on the Camera icon.

3. You will get an option to Take Photo / Video, Camera Rolle or Choose File.

Take a New Photo / Video

1. Click on Take Photo / Video which will take you to the camera.

2. Click on the white button to take picture.

3. Click ok.

4. Mark up is auto enabled on this page so add a quick mark up. An arrow in this example (To learn more about marking up attachments click here).

5. Click Save.

6. Give your attachment a name or click save to leave name as is. 

7. Attachment has been added to your form. 

Add Photo from Your Library

1. Click on Camera Roll which takes you to your camera photo library.

2. Choose the photo you want to insert.

3. Mark up is auto enabled on this page so add a quick mark up. An arrow in this example (To learn more about marking up attachments click here).

4. Click Save.

5. Give your attachment a name or click save to leave name as is. 

6. Attachment has been added to your form. 

Add a File 

1. Click on Choose File which takes you to your download folder on your phone.

2. Choose the file you want to insert.

3. Click Save.

5. Attachment has been added to your form.
