Reporting on Defects against a Drawing is easy with the Pin on Plans Report.
The report is grouped by Category and then Plan.
To access the Report;
1. Go to Defects.
2. Then Settings.
The Plans report show you statistics on
The Total Defects logged against a Plan
The number of Open Defects
The number of Overdue Defects
The Number of Closed Defects
% Completed
You can also export this report to Excel.
Export the Report to Excel
You can export this report to Excel by clicking on the Export to Excel button.
View Defects against a Document

2. On the preview is a new tab for Defects.
3. You can click on it to view the list of Defects.
4. You can also filter the list of Defects by clicking on the colored buttons on the Defects tab.
