Each module in iTWOcx may have a Module Administrator set. The configuration options are normally available only to the Project Administrator, however a Module Administrator may also be nominated. This person has the same rights within a module as the Project Administrator.

To set Module Administrators;

  1. Select Configure
  2. Modules
  3. Administrators

 


The following modules can be assigned Administrators.  The other modules rights are for ProjectCentre staff only for support purposes. 

  1. Document Type - user(s) who can view and edit the configuration of document types
  2. Tender - user(s) who can access the Tender Database and edit the Tender Database
  3. Workflow - user(s) who can access the configuration of Document Review workflows and add and edit them
  4. Register - user(s) who can create new folders, view and edit folders and documents in the Transmittal and Document register.
  5. Contacts - user(s) who can add new companies and users and edit details.
  6. Config - user(s) who can view and edit distribution rules and saved searches.
  7. PostMaster - user(s) who will receive undeliverable emails.
  8. Utilities - user(s) who will have access to a number of utilities to perform bulk actions/imports on your project
