You can add additional files as attachments when distributing your drawings on the Distribution page.

These additional files WILL NOT be uploaded to the Publication Space. They will be available for the users who have distributed the drawings as attachments to the Transmittal they receive. 

Generally, these files tend to be of a supplementary nature and are not revision controlled drawings.

How to upload an attachment when Distributing

Once you have completed the upload page details and click Upload

You will be shown the distribution screen with a section to upload attachments

Click on the attachments section and either drag and drop your attachments to this area or click Select to pick your files from a folder on your computer

Once you fill out the rest of the information on the upload page you can distribute the drawings as required

When the recipients of the drawings view the Transmittal that they sent the drawings on they will be able to see the attachments you sent

How to Download the attachments

Simply select the files you want to download and then click  on the Download button
