Search for a Form

There are a number of ways that you can search for and locate a form in RIB CX.

  • Using the Correspondence Registers
  • Using My Recently Created
  • Using the Search function

Correspondence Registers 

One simple way to locate a form is to look for it in the Correspondence Registers

1. To access the Correspondence Registers

2. Each form type will have a document register

3. Select the form type that you wish to search for by clicking on it

A list of all of the RFIs that you or other members of your company have been added to as collaborators will be displayed.

This can be filtered in a number of ways:

  • My Docs - forms you have created
  • Action Items - forms where you have been added as the Action collaborator
  • Info Items - forms where you have been added as an Info collaborator
  • Company Addressed - forms where you or another member of your company have been added as collaborators

My Recently Created

If you are searching for a form that you have recently created, modified or viewed.

RIB CX will remember the last six forms you have accessed in each category.

Using The Search Function

1. To access the search function click on the search icon

2. The basic search screen will be displayed

3. Here are some basic features

4. For deeper searching

5. To access advanced search features click on the blue triangles to open further search fields

6. The following additional fields will be displayed.

7. Click on all of the blue triangle icons to review all of the available search fields.
