1. Go to Configure > Utilities.
2. Click Push Groups.
3. Select from the drop down the groups to be pushed to another project/s.
4. Select from the drop down the project/s you want to push the groups to.
Only the projects that you have access to will appear in the drop down list.
5. Click Process when you are ready.
The process for copying groups is as follows
- Groups that don't exist get created
- Users within these groups which exist on the destination project are added as members.
- Users who do not exist are not copied.
Groups that already exist, and are editable by the current user
- Update the description, multiple, enumerate
- Add new members from the source project.
- Don't remove additional members in the destination project.
