A status trigger allows you to automatically create a new Form type when a Form is changed to a specific status. A good example is triggering a Payment Certificate when a Claim has been set to Approved Status.
1. Go to Configure.
2. Document types.
3. Locate the Form type that you would like to apply the Approval process to.
4. Under Status, Click Edit.
5. Click on the Triggers tab.
6. On the Status you want to have the trigger on, select the form type to create.
7. Click Update.
