You can lock down status options to individual users, groups, roles or companies.  By default ALL statuses are available to ALL users and will be displayed as [ALL]. 

To Configure Status Allocations

1. Navigate to Form Types Configuration and choose the form you want to change the status allocations for.


The logic for determining if you may use a status starts by applying the general rules described in "status changers and closers", and then these more specific rules.

2. On the General Tab, click on Status and then Status Allocations.

3. Click in the Who Has Access cell and select from the Contact picker.

4. When finished Click Update in the bottom right corner.

History Log of Status Allocation Changes  

All changes to the status allocation page are recorded in the history.
