Stamps can be created by Project and/or Publication Space Administrators.
Where Do I Find This Configuration?
To create a stamp, go to: Configure > Modules > Publication Space > Transmittals
Click on the 'Add Stamp' button to create a new stamp for your project, then:
1. Select the type of stamp you want:
- Text
- Image
Text Stamp
1. Type the text you want for your stamp.
2. Choose the colour of the stamp.
3. Determine who on the project will have access to apply the Stamp.
4. Press Save.
Image Stamp
1. Add text for your stamp.
2. Determine who on the project will have access to apply the Stamp.
3. Select and upload your image.
4. Press Save.
6. This stamp can now be added by going to Mark Up tool and clicking Stamp button. Select this stamp and click Done.
