Bidder Comments on Evaluation Report
Bidder comments added during a bid submission can not be seen on the evaluation report. To view the comments simply hover over the excluded row
These comments will also be exported to excel

Document Triggers - Overwrite existing data option
When configuring the Action of a trigger, you can now choose to set the data in the user field to be kept as is or overwritten when the trigger is executed
