The iTWOcx Product Team are delighted to announce 2019’s first major Release. This release contains some big updates to our Tenders Module. As well as some key features we’ve added to our Core platform.

Tenders

The Tenders Module has been upgraded in many areas to support the growing needs of our clients. This includes

• Integrated Pre-Package Approval Processes
• Ability to Define Returnable Schedules
• A Bid evaluation Report
• Ability to Shortlist and Request for a Best and Final Offer

Integrated Approval Processes for Package creation

Customize your Procurement strategy to include an Approval Process prior to Package creation. Built directly into the Tender Module, you can leverage our highly collaborative Form Workflows as well as Linking Directly with Financials and your Tender Database, to support your Level of Authority (LOA) needs

Define Returnable Schedules

Request Bidders to fill out a Defined Returnable Schedule (Price Submissions, Schedule of Rates and a Scope of Works). These sections can be filled out during package creation and in turn will force Bidders to submit a completed Schedule during Bid Submission

Bid Evaluation Report

Compare Bids against your internally defined schedules. Process Post Contract changes directly during the Bid evaluation Process

Shortlist Bidders

Shortlist Bidders and ask for a Best and Final Offer. Once you are happy with the final result, issue the contract directly to them when Awarding the Package

Now Workflow Admins can delegate as well as Skip a Workflow Step

Print Revisions

Print tool to easily download Design Issues and layers as a PDF file.

Core Product

Search on Lists

With this release you are now able to search on the List control. You can add columns from the List to your search results, inline edit them or create saved searches for future use.

Coordinate User Field

When this is added to a form it captures the GPS coordinates when one of those forms is created via the mobile App.
