Price Submissions, Schedule of Rates, Scope of Works (Package Configuration)

From June 2019, you can create packages with Price Submissions, Schedule of Rates and  a Scope of Works that must be filled in by the bidders, giving you more control over the bidder process and how bids are recieved

Enable the Options

1. From Tender Settings go to Package Config tab
2. Click on Enable
3. For Scope of Works, you must select a form type that will be created when awarding the package. See here for more details

What does the Price Submissions Must Match Exactly do?

This settings works together with the Package Approval process and the Budget Link User Field. 

It is a validation mechanism that requires you to create a Price Submission item list that matches the approved budget amount. For more details go here.
