Once a review has been completed, there maybe be Design Issues that were logged that needs to be resolved and closed.

These Review Issues that are outstanding can be included as part of a new review or in the case of an internal and external review, issues captured internally can also be added to the external review when it is created

As the review issues are linked to a document, when the same document is sent on another review you are given the ability to select the outstanding issues.



How to Select Issues to Include

1. Select the Document or Workflow as required to apply the Workflow

2. On the screen you select the work you will be given an option to select which issues to include

3. Click on it

4. A new screen will be shown with the document(s) and their related outstanding issues.

5. Select the ones you wish to include in the new workflow by ticking the checkboxes for the Issues you wish to include

6. Then click Apply



How to Select Comments to Include

On the screen you select which issues to include, you can expand each Issues to view the it's comments.

From here you can review the comments and set each comment as either Public or Internal before including it on the new workflow.
