To bulk import Design Review issues using excel you must be a project or a utility administrator
- To begin the upload click on Utilities
- Select Import Design Review Issues
- Download the Excel Template file by clicking on the Download button
- Fill in the excel file , making sure to fill in all required fields
Doc#, Rev, Issue Author, Issue Action, Issue title are required
You can optionally set the status to a specific status available on the DRI Form, otherwise, iTWOcx will use the default status for DRI forms when importing the DRI's.
- If you are importing comments to existing DRI's the doc#, rev, title must match the existing DRI's. You can then fil in the comment by and comment field to import comments
