When selecting the Import Folder Structure Utility the following screen will be displayed:

The first step is to download the MS Excel Template.

The next step is to populate the template with your folder structure. If you click into each cell instructions will be displayed on how to populate each cell.

Folder Code - This must be a unique code. You might use MECH for Mechanical Drawings.

Folder Description - Enter the folder name. E.g. Mechanical PDF Drawings.

Location Owner - The owner has the right to create subfolders, upload and issue documents from this folder. This can be a single User ID like PPD-BD or a company like PPD-* or multiples and combinations of both.

Location Issuer - The issuer has the right to distribute documents in the folder to others. This can be a single User ID like PPD-BD or a company like PPD-* or multiples and combinations of both.

Access - This field controls who can open the folder. This can be a single User ID like PPD-BD or a company like PPD-* or multiples and combinations of both.

Scale - This is an optional field. Populate this field with the scale of the drawings to be held in the folder. For example 1:100.

Paper Size - This is an optional field. Populate this field with the paper size. For example A4.

Register Location - Use this field to create subdirectories. If you want to create a folder with a code of "DRWG" and also create a subfolder underneath it called "MECH" configure your spread sheet in the following manner:

 Select your file and click Upload to run the import:

The following preview screen will be displayed.

If there are errors, hit the Back button and correct your spread sheet.

If you are happy to proceed click Continue.

Refresh your project (F5) and you will be able to review the imported folders in your iTWOcx project.
