The iTWO cx Quality Module utilises 2 default dashboards to help users manage quality on their projects. These are the:
- Quality Dashboard; and
- Subcontractor Dashboard.
Quality Dashboard
The Quality Dashboard is configured to assist the company responsible for managing Quality on a Project.
It uses Graphs and Action widgets to show exactly what items require attention.
To change the view of the graphs, hover over the title.
From the dropdown choose the relevant graph.
Use the Action widgets to access forms for your action.
Keep track of Outstanding items.
Easily Access Approved ITPs.
Breadcrumb Browse
Breadcrumb browsing provides an easy way for searching for Quality information and reporting.
1. Simply click on Browse by.
2. Choose either Document Type or Status and then select additional search criteria.
3. Once ready click Search.
You don't need to select all levels to search on.
Subcontractor Quality Dashboard
The Subcontractor Quality Dashboard is configured for ease of use and shows results based on the company who logs into the system.
When the Subcontractor views the dashboard the results are specific to the user and the company.
This dashboard uses Action widgets to show exactly what items require attention.
Use the Action widgets to access forms for your action and;
Keep track of Outstanding items.
