The Tasks menu in the activities module contains the register for the ‘TSK: Allocated Task’ form type. Any Task form that you or anyone from your company has access to will be visible under the Allocated Task (TSK) register.

The Allocated Task form is another type of correspondence within iTWO cx and can be used for creating work items allocated to yourself or to anyone on the project. A task can also be linked or associated to any other correspondence type through the Split or Associate functions.

To Create an Allocated Task

1. Click on the New Document button in the top right of the screen.

2. Type ‘Task’ into the search bar in the Create New Document window. This will bring up the link to a new Allocated Task form. Click on the link to create a new form.

3. You can now populate all the relevant fields in the Allocated Task form, making sure to set the appropriate status, due date and action recipients.
