When you are gathering prices for your own submission, instead of awarding a package, you will use accept package. Accepting a bid will close that Tender package without performing any other action.
To accept a bid
Select desired bid
- From the Post Submission Actions drop down select Accept bid
- On the accept bid page, confirm that you want accept this bid.
Accepting a Bid
Once a bid has been accepted it cannot be undone. The package will be closed and no further action can be taken.
