1. Click on the Me tab.
2. Select the Hotlist section.
You will see the different Document Types in your Hotlist - ACTION ITEMS list.
3. Lets open a Defect document. So click On Defects.
You will see the Defect Documents.
4. Tap on the 1st Document in the list. It will open the Document.
