Happy new year everyone! This is the first official release of iTWO cx for the year and we have a bunch of neat features to streamline your processes. Below is a summary of all the latest features that are live now.
Core
Excluding weekends from due date columns.
Saved searches will exclude weekends from the due date in the status late column for form types that exclude weekend dates from the due date.
Disable retired users within User Groups
Users who are retired will now be shown in a greyed out style within the user group.
Retire a company and all it's users
Now you can retire a company and all its users in one go.
To do so click on retire on the company and click yes on the confirmation pop-up.
Move users to Action or Info
We have added an option to quickly move users between action and info via the addressbook.
To move a user, select the user and click on the up or down arrow button
Distribution rules and forces user security settings will still be validated with this option
Automatically update the menu
The menu is now automatically refreshed when a search is saved. This will save you from needing to fresh your browser to find the search you've just created.

History logs for workflow config
We've added history logs for changes made to a the configuration of a workflow.
Click on the history button to access the logs.
Dashboards
Search using GPS locations
You can now search forms using it's GPS location by adding the coordinate user field type to breadcrumb searching.
With this option added to the breadcrumb search, you can pick a location and display the documents that belong to that location.
DTX attachments in history
Attachments added to a DTX are now also shown in the history. This will allow you to easily identify when an attachment was added by whom in the comments thread.
Tenders
Warning message when responding to All
When responding to All in a tender Q&A thread - a warning pop up has been added - to alert you that your response will be sent to all bidders.
Access to Tender Submissions (without Tender Module access)
With this release, you will be able to access the tender documents you are addressed on - even if you do not directly have access to the tenders module
To be clear - you will not have access to the Tenders module, but you will have access to all the forms that you have been named on within the Tender module, such as a Tender clarification
Mobile
Support for when a Select and Action button are configured at the same time
When an action button and a select action button are configured at the same time, the app will now allow you to process either of those options.
Change GPS information manually
You can now manually update the GPS data already captured for a form.
To do so, open the form on the app. Tap the GPS field
Then click on Move pin. Move the pin to the new location.
Then click save.
Associate existing forms to a pin
Associate existing forms to a pin by adding a pin
Then select the associate tab.
Search for the forms you wish to associate.
Select the forms you wish to associate
Click save

Scrolling multi page attachments
You can now scroll a multipage attachment in 2 ways.
The thumbnail view
In the thumbnail view you can view the pages as thumbnails. You can pick a particular thumbnail to view that page in more detail
The Scroll view.
In the scroll view you can scroll the document as sequential pages. You can tab on a particular page to view it on more detail.
