Reporting on Defects against a Drawing is easy with the Pin on Plans Report

The report is grouped by Category and then Plan 

To access the Report;

  1. Go to Defects
  2. Then Settings


View Defects against a Document

To view the list of Defects against a Document

  1. Click on the Document number to preview it
  2. On the preview is a new tab for Defects
  3. You can click on it to view the list of Defects
  4. You can also filter the list of Defects by clicking on the tabs 


Open a Defects from the Preview

To open a Defect from the Preview simply click on the Pin
