When you are issuing a package which has a confidentiality agreement and you would like to have all bidders sign the agreement first before issuing the package to them you can choose the Save and Issue the Agreement option.
What this does is to save the package as a Draft while issuing the Agreement document (TCA).
To view the progress of bidders who have Returned the agreement click on Edit and then go to the Select Bidders tab
This will show you a new column called "Agreement" which will indicate the status of whether they have returned the agreement or not.
You can of course still view the progress at a higher level on the main Tender Dashboard
