You can have bidders sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving tender package documents.

Save & Issue Agreement

1. Draft your tender package.

2. When ready click Issue.

3. The following warning will appear.

4. Choose Save & Issue Agreement.

5. What this does is to save the package as a Draft while issuing the Agreement document (TCA).

View Progress of Returned Agreements

To view the progress returned agreements from bidders Click on Edit and then go to the Select Bidders tab.

A column called "Agreement" will become available and will indicate the status of returned or not returned agreements.

You can of course still view the progress at a higher level on the main Tender Dashboard.

Import Confidentiality Agreement on Behalf of a Bidder

Much like the ability to import an external bid on behalf of a bidder, you can also import a confidentiality agreement sent you by a bidder outside of the iTWO cx system.

1. On the tender dashboard Click on Summary.

2. Click on the Confidentiality Icon on the Company line.

3. Click Upload for the Company you wish to upload the confidentiality agreement for.

4. Select or drag and drop the files to upload.

5. Once uploaded you will be able to approve and issue the package to the bidder
