iTWOcx provides extensive reporting capability for your Design review issues to enable tracking all open issues to closure a very easy and simple process.

 

Dashboards

You can view an overview all Design review issues on your project by accessing them through the Document review dashboard.

To open the Dashboard click on Document review Dashboard menu item

The Dashboard will display standard count widgets that indicate the number of 

  1. Outstanding DRI's
  2. Overdue DRI's
  3. DRI's which are overdue by 2 weeks or more

In addition to this there is new report for Design Issues that can be run by clicking on the Design Issue Report button on the Dashboard.

 

The Design Issue Report

The design issue report has a default view which provides an overview of all your drawings with an outstanding Design issue

This default view shows the progress of design issues at a document level.

Below is a breakdown of all the elements that are shown on the screen

 

The color-coded progress indicator is showing how many design review issues are Open, To be Checked, Or Closed at a document level

Green = Closed

Orange = To Be checked (verified)

Red = Open

 

Expanding report to view individual revisions of a document

Click on the Arrow icon next to each drawing number to expand it to view the details of each individual revision for that document

This view now provides a more detailed picture of each revision of that drawing.

 

Expanding DRI to view DRI details

You can further expand this report to view individual comments on the DRI by clicking on the arrow icon next to the DRI reference number

Expand/Collapse All Buttons

Rather than click on each arrow icon to expand each row you can click on the Expand All or Collapse all button to do so in 1 click

Excel report

You can export the full report to excel by clicking on the excel button
