Downloading Defects to your Device for Inspection
Another great tool on the iTWO cx Mobile app is the ability to create a Favourite for a list of Defects. This is useful when going out on site where internet connection may be intermittent or not available at all.

Please note - By creating a Favourite you will begin to download all the documents that matched your criteria to your Device. This will Include the attachments on those Defect documents. Therefore we strongly recommend you do this in your office or in a location with a reliable internet connection before going out on site.
