Using action buttons

The standard DRI document type comes pre-built with our standard workflow for the DRI along with Status Action Buttons that change the status of the document with one-click

Image Removed

This standard configuration means that when the DRI is an open status you will see the Issue Fixed button

Image Removed

When clicked it will change the status of the DRI to To be Checked.

While it is in this status you will see 2 buttons which are Fail and Issue Resolved.

Image Removed

Clicking  on Fail would change the DRI status back to Open as the issue has not been resolved

Clicking Issue Resolved would close the DRI and change its status to resolved.

Advanced Mode DRI

When the Design Issue process is set to Advanced by your administrator, any mark ups done before you draw a call out mark up will be put into a single Design Issue.

As an example you could add an arrow, a circle and then a callout mark up. This creates a single Design Issue with all 3 mark ups.

Notice the full toolbar is available to you now.

Image Added

1. Add the mark ups as required.

2. Then draw the call out the mark up.

3. This will then create the Design issue automatically.
