With iTWO cx RIB CX you have the ability to import a Tender Database from another project as long as you satisfy the following criteria

The user who is setting up the tender database is a tender admin on both projects. The email address of your iTWO cx RIB CX account is the same on both project |

2. From the Tender dashboard click on the Tender Project Settings widget.
3. On the list of existing databases, you can pick from you will be shown a list of all databases you have access to (based on the criteria above i.e tender admin + email address).
4. When you select a database that belongs to another company you will be shown a warning message to let you know the action you are about to perform.
5. Once you select the database this will be linked with the current company.
