From June 2019, there There are a number of new pre-approval options that you can configure for Tender Packages prior to Issuing Packages to support Pre-Package Approval processes.

Pre-Approval Form
If your Procurement Configure this option if your procurement process requires you to obtain Approval prior to Issuing the Tender Package then this option allows you to configure this approval process.
1. Select Enable the Pre Approval Form.

Configure Approval Form type

Configure Create Package Toolbar Option

4. Tick the Add a button to Create a Tender Package to the Tool bar option.
Create a Form to start Approval Process
1. Click on the + to create the Form for the Approval process.
2. You will notice the Create Package option in the Toolbar once the Form has been submitted.
3. While the Form is still in an Open status the button will remain disabled.
4. Once the Form is in a Closed (Approved) status the button will become enabled.
5. When you click on the button it will create a new Package in Draft status. A confirmation will be shown with a link to the package.
6. You can access the Draft package by clicking on the Link.
