1. SelectTo add user fields to Transmittals, go to Publication Space settings.
Add a Custom Field to a Transmittal
1. To add custom user fields to your transmittal Publication Space > Settings.
2. Click on the Transmittals tab.
3. Add custom fields by clicking Click on the Add custom field Custom Field button.
4. You can set if these fields are required or not by clicking on the Required tickbox for each Field.
Transmittal user fields when uploading documents
1. After you have uploaded your drawings.
2. and are about to distribute them to users on your project you will be shown the user fields that must be filled out on Transmittals.
3Choose the type of custom field you require.
5. Follow the steps located in User Field Customisation.
6. If the user field is required (mandatory) place a tick in the check box in the Required column.
7. Please note that by default we ONLY display the REQUIRED, user fields.

Searching by Transmittal user fields
1. To do a search for Transmittals with a user field criteria of a Transmittal.
2. Go to iTWOcx Search by clicking on the search icon in the top right of the toolbar.
3. Select Transmittals are the form type.
4. And under Special fields you will find the Transmittal user fields.
5. Select the criteria you want and click on search.
Set Transmittal Custom Fields when Importing to the Publication Space
