View Defects Against the Document
1. Click on the Document number to preview it.
2. On the preview is a new tab for Defects
3. You can click on it to view the list of Defects
4. You can also filter the list of Defects Click on the Defects tab on the right hand side of preview to view a list of Defects pinned to the document.
3. You can filter the list by clicking on the colored buttons on the Defects tab
coloured buttons to Open, Late, Closed or the Total.
Open a Defects from the Preview
1. To open a Defect from the Preview simply click on the Pin.
2. Or Click on the Defect

tab and select the defect from the list by clicking on it.
To Export to Excel
1. Click on the Export to Excel button.
